Terms & Conditions – By submitting this form your place is confirmed and you will be invoiced accordingly. In the event of cancellation up to six weeks before the event 80% of the fee due will be refunded if paid, within one month of notice of the cancellation being received. If the fee has not been it will still remain due and the cancellation policy invoked. No refund will be made if cancellation is received between six weeks of the event and the date of the event. Cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates may be substituted by another employee from the same company. Delegates will receive a light refreshments. The Know It All's Guide reserves the right to refuse registration.
