Booking conditions
Your place will be confirmed on receipt of payment. In the event of cancellation up to six weeks before the event 80% of the fee paid will be refunded, within one month of notice of the cancellation being received. No refund will be made if cancellation is received between six weeks of the event and the date of the event. Cancellations must be received in writing. Delegates may be substituted by another employee from the same company. Delegates will receive a sandwich lunch. The Know It All’s Guide Ltd. reserves the right to refuse registration.
Course changes
The Know It All’s Guide Ltd reserves the right to amend the course specifications and formats for the benefit of its customers without notice. The customer will be advised of the course locations and dates at the time of the booking. The Know It All’s Guide Ltd reserves the right to change the location of the course and will notify the customer as soon as this change is made.
